From a small economy-car lot to a 37,000-square-foot automotive destination.
Founded by Hoffa Assad in 1998, Auto Expo USA began with a simple mission: provide dependable, affordable transportation to the Cleveland community. In the early years, the dealership operated from a small lot and primarily sold economy vehicles priced between $2,000 and $8,000.
But the vision was never to stay small. Over the years, the business continued to expand through property acquisitions, facility renovations, modern upgrades and a growing inventory. What started as a neighborhood used-car lot steadily evolved into a much larger automotive operation.
In 2024, Hoffa's sons joined the team, bringing the next generation into the family business with new energy, technology and a vision for continued growth. With a growing operation and a team of five, the company entered a new phase of expansion.
By 2026, the growth demanded something bigger. The company acquired Motorcars of Cleveland, a former franchise dealership facility spanning approximately 37,000 square feet, giving the business the space, infrastructure and presence needed for its next chapter.
